Towards a New Aesthetic of Protest, Panel, Paris Photo Platform, 2016

In partnership with the Centre d'Études Japonaises from the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (INALCO), the Maison de la culture du Japon à Paris et Paris Photo, Le Bal organized two days of discussion and research dedicated to Provoke in parallel with the exhibition Provoke: Between Protest and Performance. I participated in a panel at Paris Photo with Duncan Forbes and John Gossage on the aesthetics of protest photography in the postwar years.
