Une seconde d'éternité

(Paris: Dilecta, 2022)

I translated the texts for the catalogue of the second exhibition at the Bourse de Commerce - Pinault Collection in Paris, including contributions by: Tristan Bera, Caroline Bourgeois, Hans D. Christ, Emanuele Coccia, Jean-Pierre Criqui, Nicolas-Xavier Ferrand, Elena Geuna, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Roni Horn, Matthieu Humery, Emma Lavigne, Claire Le Restif, Stéphanie Moisdon, Soko Phay.

Une seconde d’éternité brought together work by some twenty artists whose works are able to generate a space-time of their own. They are displayed throughout the Bourse de Commerce spaces, composing a landscape that enters into dialogue with the architecture, from the darkness of the lower level to the light of the upper galleries. This exhibition is inspired by the oeuvre of Felix Gonzalez-Torres and his work’s openness to tangible emotions, through a certain aesthetics of disappearance, and to new forms of connection and aes-thetic experiences.
